"Astellas engaged BPI Services to support the Site Leadership Team to develop and implement a site strategy underpinned by the site vision. The Strategy Development Program was was a stimulating, challenging and rewarding programme rolled out over a two year period. A key benefit of the programme was to support the Team in the development of a clear vision for the company. This new vision of the future is supporting us to stretch our capabilities, challenge our thinking and expand our current profile. During each stage the the leadership team was challenged to think about managing changing customer and regulatory demands and expectations, market dynamics and competitive challenges, project prioritisation and the importance of active sponsorship by our site’s management team in order to achieve our goals. We now have the confidence develop and deploy our strategy, influence change and strive to be best in class."
